重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折临床分析

目的探讨重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折的临床效果。方法髋臼骨折患者21例,根据Letournel-Judet分型1]:后壁骨折11例,后柱骨折5例,后壁伴后柱骨折3例,前柱骨折2例。均采用重建钢板内固定治疗,其中2例前柱骨折患者取平卧位,采用髂腹股沟入路,余19例取侧卧位,采用Kocher-Langenbeck入路。结果所有病例均获随访,平均24(12~48)个月。按Matta标准评定疗效:优10例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率85.7%。结论重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼骨折,固定牢固,骨折愈合好,术后并发症少,恢复行走快,是治疗髋臼骨折的有效方法之一。

Internal Fixation of Reconstructive Plate for Acetabular Fractures

Objective To assess the clinical effect of internal fixation of reconstructive plate in the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods 21 acetabular fracture cases were analyzed retrospectively.According to Letournel-Judet classification,there were posterior wall fracture type in 11 cases,posterior column fracture type in 5 cases,posterior wall and posterior column fracture type in 3 case and anterior column fracture type in 2 cases.All 21 patients were treated by internal fixation of reconstructive plate,including ilioinguinal approach in 2 cases of anterior column fracture and Kocher-Langenbeck approach in other 19 cases.Results All 21 patients were followed for 12 to 48 months with an average of 24 months.According to Matta＇s score standard,the outcome revealed excellence in 10 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 2 cases and false in 1 case,and the fineness rate was 85.7%.Conclusion The internal fixation of reconstructive plate has firm fixation,fast fracture healing,short recovery duration of locomotion and less postoperative complications,and it is an effective therapy for acetabular fractures.
