武警指挥院校学员压力的调查

目的了解武警指挥院校学员的压力在年级、生源、来源、独生与非独生等人口统计学变量上是否存在差异,从而为部队心理健康工作提供科学依据。方法采用中国大学生压力量表为测量工具,对指挥院校1 787名学员进行测试。结果农村和城市学员压力差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,独生子女和非独生子女压力差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;从地方考入军校的学员压力显著高于从部队考入军校的学员（P〈0.05）;一年级学员消极生活事件压力最大,二年级学员学习压力最大,四年级学员个人烦恼压力最大。结论提示院校的心理学工作者应根据不同年级、生源的特点,采取不同的应对措施来预防和干预心理压力,从而增强部队学员的心理素质。

Investigation on grade and source differences about students' pressures in Command College of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces

Objective To understand the differences of grade,students source and native place on students＇ pressure in Command College of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces. Methods A total of 1 787 students were investigated by the Scale of Pressures for College Students. Results There were no significant differences between city students and rural students,the same as between one child family and not merely child family.The pressure of students from locality was higher than that of students from Corps.The freshmen＇s passive event pressure was much heavier;the sophomore study pressure was much heavier,and senior personal pressure was much heavier. Conclusions We should take different measures to different grade students in order to improve students＇ psychological quality.
