2002—2008年某高校女教职工妇科检查结果分析

目的了解某高校女教职工的妇科疾病患病情况,为进一步做好高校妇女保健工作提供参考依据。方法选择某高校女教职工作为研究对象,收集2002、2004、2006、2008年4年的妇科体检结果进行分析。结果 2002、2004、2006、2008各年妇科常见病检出率分别为38.4%、31.0%、43.7%、36.2%。该校女教职工妇科常见病检出率前5位依次是子宫肌瘤、乳腺增生、卵巢囊肿、子宫内膜增生、宫颈囊肿。子宫肌瘤在36~55岁检出率高,乳腺增生在45岁以下检出率高。结论某高校女教职工的妇科常见病检出率较高,应定期体检,做好预防保健工作。

Gynecological examinations of female staff in a university from 2002 to 2008

Objective To understand the prevalence of gynecological diseases of female staff in a university so as to provide the evidence for improving women＇ s health. Methods The female faculty members were chosen as the objectives in this study. The data of 4-year （2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008）gynecological medical examinations were collected and analyzed. Results The detectable rates of gynecological diseases each year were 38.4 %, 31.0 %, 43.7 % and 36.2% respectively from 2002 to 2008. The five major gynecological diseases were uterine leimyoma, breast hyperplasia, ovarian cysts, endometrial hyperplasia and cervical cyst in order. The detectable rate of uterine myoma was highest in the women of 36-55 year old, while the detectable rate of mammary gland hyperplasia was highest in the women aged less than 45 years. Conclusions The detectable rate of gynecological diseases of female staff in this university is high, so the health work and regular physical examinations are necessary.
