徐州市老年入主要慢性病疾病负担分析

目的了解徐州市老年人主要慢性病的疾病负担情况，为制定相应的对策提供科学依据。方法采用死亡率、去死因期望寿命、住院费、直接医疗费等指标对徐州市老年人慢性病负担情况进行分析评价。结果2006年徐州老年人恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心脏病、高血压、糖尿病死亡率分别是988．8／10万，789．6／10万，579．6／10万，102．2／10万，46．2／10万；导致60岁以上老年人期望寿命损失为3．94年。老年人5种慢性病住院费均高于老年病人例均住院费，直接医疗费用（包括住院费用和门诊费用）合计3．90亿元，占全市各级医院医疗总收入的10．6％，人年均直接医疗费用负担为300元。结论慢性病已成为徐州老年人最主要的死亡原因，也给老年人带来了较重的经济负担，应加强老年人慢性病的预防控制措施，减轻老年人的疾病负担。

Research on burden of main chronic diseases among the elder in Xuzhou City

Objective To understand the burdens of main chronic diseases among the elder, so as to provide the evidence for policy-making in Xuzhou City. Methods The life lost and direct treatment cost of the main chronic diseases among the elder were analyzed. Results The mortality rates of malignant cancers, cerebrovascular related diseases, cardiopathy, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus were 988.8,789.6, 579.6, 102.2, and 46.2 per hundred thousand, respectively, among the elder in 2006; the life lost of the main chronic diseases was 3. 94 years; the hospitalization expenses of the above chronic diseases were more than the average expenses of the elder inpatients; the direct treatment cost of above chronic diseases was 390 million, and it was 300 RMB per the elder person in 2006. Conclusions The chronic diseases are the main death causes of the elder in Xuzhou City and they bring heavy economic burdens, so we should strengthen the preventive and control measures.
