| 摘 要： | 目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定思的明胶囊(SDM)中梓醇含量.方法 色谱柱为 Hypersil C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相为水-乙腈(99∶1);流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为210 nm;进样量 20 μl.结果 建立的含量测定方法中,梓醇含量在0.4～2.4 μg 范围内线性关系良好(r＝0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.75%,RSD＝0.53%.结论 该方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于 SDM 胶囊的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of catalpol in sidiming capsule by HPLC. Methods The sample was determined on Hypersil C_(18) column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile (99:1) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the sample size was 20 μl. Results The linear curve of catalpol concentration within the range of 0.4～2.4 μg was ideal (r= 0.999 8 ). The recorery rate was 99.75%, RSD= 0.53%.Conclusion This method is accurate, stable and reliable, and it can be used for the determination of catalpol in sidiming capsules. |
