| 摘 要： | 本文报告了26例外伤性胃肠破裂的临床资料。指出患者以男性为主,占96.2％(25/26);年龄以青少年为主,占57.7％(15/16);类型以闭合性损伤为主,占76.9％(20/26);损伤部位以小肠为主,占73.1％(19/26);单一脏器损伤占69.2％(18/26)。讨论了外伤性胃肠破裂的临床特点和治疗。

| Abstract: | This paper presents 26 cases of traumatic gastro-intestinal ruptures,male 96.2% (25/26) and the teenagers 57.7% (15/26) being predominant. The blunt abdominal injury is of the main type. The locations of the traumatic injury are seen mainly in small intestine 75.1% (19/26) and damage of single internal viscera amounts to 69.2%(18/26). The clinical characteristics and treatments of traumatic gastro-intestinal rupture are discussed. |
