摘    要:目的研究黄药(Rhamnus crenatus)的化学成分。方法用硅胶正相色谱及聚酰胺色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黄药地上部分的95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分中分离得到了5个化合物:黄药苷(1)、torachrysone (2)、大黄素(3)、大黄素-1-O-β-D-葡糖苷(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM: To study chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Rhamnus crenatus sieb. et zucc. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as crenatoside (1), torachrysone (2), emodin (3), emodin-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4) and beta-sitosterol (5) respectively. CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound and the others were isolated from Rhamnus crenatus for the first time.
