| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液在胃镜活检钳清洗中的应用效果.方法]将180件胃镜活检钳随机分成实验组和对照组,每组90件;实验组胃镜活检钳采用鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液1:270溶液加超声清洗法清洗,对照组胃镜活检钳采用传统清洗剂1:200溶液加超声清洗法清洗,观察两组胃镜活检钳的洁净程度.结果]两种方法清洗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液清洗胃镜活检钳效果优于传统清洗剂.
