摘    要:目的:探讨牛膝精(AbE)对血细胞的效应。方法:用CFU-GM、CFU-Mix体外培养,T、B淋巴细胞转化试验。粒细胞NBT,吞噬试验等手段在体外观察AbE对骨髓造血细胞、淋巴细胞、粒细胞的生物效应。结果:(1)AbE可促进CFU-GM、CFU-Mix的增殖分化。(2)AbE可提高T、B淋巴细胞转化率。(3)AbE可增强粒细胞NBT阳性率,吴噬阳性率与指数。结论:AbE有可能成为一种能改善造血与免疫功能的生物反应调节剂。

Abstract:Objective: To demaonstrate the effects of AbE on different blood cells. Methods: In vitro CFU-GM, CPU-Mix culture was used to observe the effects of AbE on hemopoietic activities of bone marrow cells. Transformation tests were used for lymphocyte activities. NBT and phagocytosis were used for granulocyte function. Results: (1) AbE was able to promote the prolifeation and differenfication of CPU-GM and CFU-Mix of bone marrow cells. (2) transformation activity of lymphocyte could be enhanced by AbE. (3) NBT positivity and phagocytosis of granulocyte could be enhanced by AbE. Conclusion: AbE is potentially a biological response modulator for hemopoietic and immuno-regulstion.
