摘    要:目的观察生肌液复合封闭负压引流技术(Vacuum Assisted with Closure,VAC)对实验动物创面愈合的影响。方法将100只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、麻油组、生肌液组、VAC组、复合组,各组均给予相应的处理措施。观察创面愈合时间、创面巨噬细胞的数量。结果复合组及VAC组创面愈合时间较其他各组明显缩短(P〈0.05)。生肌液组在第3、6、9天及愈合后创面巨噬细胞数量均高于同期复合组及VAC组;复合组第9天及愈合后高于VAC组(P〈0.05)。结论生肌液复合VAC可以明显促进创面愈合:巨噬细胞在创面中的高表达可能是其主要作用机制。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Shengji Solution combined with vacuum-assisted closure(VAC) on wound healing in experimental animals.Method All 100 SD rats were randomly divided into the model group,benne oil group,Shengji Solution group,VAC group and combined group,and all groups were treated with relevant therapies respectively.The healing time and macrophage number changes in wound were observed.Result The healing time in the combined group and VAC group were much shorter than those in other groups(P<0.05).In the Shengji Solution group the macrophage number in wound were higher than those in the combined group and VAC group on the 3rd,6th and 9th day and after the healing.In the combined group the macrophage number in wound were higher than those in the VAC group on the 9th day and after the healing(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengji Solution combined with VAC can improve wound healing significantly,and one of the important mechanisms may be related to a higher expression of macrophage in wound.
