| 摘 要： | 以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法，对熊，猪，牛，羊胆皮的水溶性蛋白进行凝胶电泳，采用凝胶电泳扫描对其电泳谱带进行分析，结果各胆皮均显示不同的谱带，可鉴别熊胆皮的真伪。

| Abstract: | Disc polyacrylamide gel electrophorsis was performed to detect water solnhle proteins of the bile-cysts of bear, pig,cow and sheep. The bands o; electrophorsis analysed by means of gel elecrcphoresis scall. The results showed that different bile-cysts have different bands.This, this method can be used to identify the bile-cyst of bear. |
