微量淋巴细胞毒试验及其影响因素的探讨

摘    要:本文初步探讨了T、B微量淋巴细胞毒试验中的影响因素,证明了一般甲醛(pH6.4~6.7)可以用于T淋巴细胞毒试验、并且染色时间在2分钟到5分钟之间对试验结果影响不明显。在B淋巴细胞毒试验中,使用酸性(pH6.4~6.7)和中性(pH7.0~7.2)甲醛固定试验结果差异明显;染色时间须控制在2分钟。

Abstract:Through 1440 pairs of parallel (xpriments the authrs studied various influences (staining time, different pH of formaldehyde)in the B and T microlymphocytotoxicity test. The experimental method used here was stable.These studies showed that the acidity of f(?)r(?)dchyde could be used and the stainirg time between 2 to 5 minutes made no difference for T microlymphocytotoxicity test. In the B microlymphocytotoxicity test, reutral and formaldehyde were rather different and two minute staining time was essential.
