中药配合宫腔内人工授精治疗男性少精不育症的临床研究

目的观察中药配合精子洗涤治疗男性少精不育症的临床疗效。方法将112例男性少精不育症患者随机分为2组,对照组56例予精子洗涤,宫腔内人工受精的治疗方法 ,治疗组56例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药人参五子衍宗汤加减口服治疗。2组均治疗6个月后判定疗效,并观察治疗前后精液量、精子密度的指标变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后精液量、精子密度均较本组治疗前升高(P0.05),治疗组治疗后精液量、精子密度较对照组升高(P0.05)。结论中药配合精子洗涤,宫腔内人工授精能显著改善男性少精不育症精液量、精液密度,治疗效果优于单纯精子洗涤。

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sperm washing therapy and artificial fecundation on male infertility oligospermia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of male infertility oligospermia treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with sperm washing therapy.Methods 112 cases of male infertility oligospermia were randomly divided into treatment group （n=56） and control group（n=56）.Cases in two groups were treated by sperm washing therapy and artificial fecundation.And cases in the treatment group took Renshenwuziyanzong decoction orally at the same time.The therapeutic course was six months in two groups.Changes in semen volume and sperm concentration before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group （89.3%） was higher than that in the control group （19.6%,P〈0.05）.There were significant differences between before and after the treatment on semen volume and sperm count in two groups （P〈0.05）.There were significant differences between two groups on semen volume and sperm count after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Renshenwuziyanzong decoction and sperm washing therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with male infertility oligospermia.The clinical efficacy was significantly superior to the conventional sperm washing therapy.
