| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双氢青蒿素治疗红斑狼疮的机理。方法选择雄性BXSB小鼠50只,分成空白组(生理盐水)、对照组(强的松)和实验组(双氢青蒿素),采用Macart和直接免疫荧光方法检测BXSB小鼠尿蛋白、脾脏T细胞亚群和B细胞。结果BXSB小鼠尿蛋白量依次减低为空白组>实验组>对照组,P<0.01。对照组的CD4T细胞和CD8T细胞低于空白组,P<0.05。实验组的CD4T细胞和CD8T细胞高于空白组,P<0.01。B细胞降低顺序为空白组>实验组>对照组,P<0.01。结论双氢青蒿素通过抑制B淋巴细胞增殖,促进CD4T细胞和CD8T细胞的增殖,尤其是CD8T细胞增殖明显,减少B细胞分泌自身抗体,从而达到治疗红斑狼疮的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism of hydroartemisinin for treating erythematous lupus.Methods 50BXSB mice were divided into three groups:blank group,control group and experiment group.Urinary protein,CD 4 T cell,CD 8 T cell and B cell in spleen of the male lupus BXSB mice were detected by using Macart and Immunofluorescence.Re sults The levels of urinary proteins in the three groups decreased in the order as the blank>the experiment >the control(P<0.01).The numbers of CD 4 T cell and CD 8 T cell in the control group were lower than those of the blank group(P<0.05),and in the experimental group,the numbers were higher than those of the blank(P<0.01).The numbers of B cells in the three groups decreased in the order as the blank>the experiment >the control(P<0.01).Conclusion Hy-droartemisinin can promote the proliferation of CD 4 and CD 8 T cells through inhibiting the proliferation and decreasing the level of secretory autoantibady of B cells,resulting in the treating effect on erythematosus lupus. |
