祛肝脂合剂对大鼠血脂和一氧化氮及其合酶的影响

摘    要:目的探讨祛肝脂合剂对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂和一氧化氮及其合酶的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂对照组及祛肝脂合剂低、中、高剂量组并分别予相应处理。结果与高脂对照组相比,祛肝脂合剂低、中、高剂量组TC、TG、LDL—C、NO明显降低,血清NOS、iNOS活性降低,cNOS活性升高。结论祛肝脂合剂能调节高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢及纠正NO代谢紊乱。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Quganzhi Mixture(QM) on blood lipid metabolism, nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods:50 wistar rats were divided into 5 groups: control group, high lipid control group, QM high dose group, QM middle dose group and QM small dose group. The content of TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C and NO and activities of NOS , cNOS and iNOS in serum were measured respectively. Results:The content of TC, TG, LDL - C and NO and activities of NOS and iNOS in serum were decreased significantly in the QM group compared with high lipid control group. In the comparison with high lipid control group, activities of serum cNOS increased in the hyperlipidemia rats. Conclusion : QM can regulate blood lipid and free radical metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats.
