p53、EGFR和VEGF在脑胶质瘤中的表达及相关性研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨抑癌基因蛋白 (p5 3)、表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 (S P)法 ,检测 15 0例脑胶质瘤标本中 p5 3、EGFR和VEGF的表达。 结果 :p5 3、EGFR和VEGF在胶质瘤中的阳性表达率 5 4 .0 %、5 2 .0 %和 4 4 .7% ,并随胶质瘤病理分级的增加而增高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3和EGFR、EGFR和VEGF表达间均存在着密切关系 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :p5 3、EGFR和VEGF高表达与胶质瘤的恶性进展有密切关系 ;且 p5 3与EGFR、EGFR与VEGF协同在胶质瘤发生、发展过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the significance of p53,EGFR and VEGF expression in human gliomas and the relationship among these three proteins.Methods:One hundred and fifty cases of gliomas were examined for p53,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) protein expression using S P immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rates of p53,EGFR and VEGF protein expression were 54.0%,52.0% and 44.7% in human gliomas,respectively.It was shown that the p53,EGFR and VEGF protein expression were closely correlated with the grade of gliomas.The expression levels of p53,EGFR and VEGF proteins were higher in the high grade group than in the low grade one( P <0.05).There was a positive reciprocity between p53 and EGFR,also between EGFR and VEGF( P <0.005).Conclusions:There is a close relationship between the higher levels expression of p53,EGFR and VEGF and the progression of gliomas,and they play an important role together in the cancinogenesis and progression of gliomas.
