| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方苦参素注射液联合FOLFOX-4方案对结直肠癌术后患者6周期辅助化疗的临床疗效。方法采用复方苦参素注射液联合FOLFOX-4方案对26例（B组）结直肠癌术后患者辅助化疗,与单纯FOLFOX-4方案化疗组24例（A组）对照。结果 B组患者体质量增加率、生活质量提高明显（P〈0.01）,并且恶心、呕吐、肝功能损害、粒细胞减少等毒副反应明显较A组降低（P〈0.01）。结论复方苦参素注射液联合FOLFOX-4辅助化疗方案能显著减轻结直肠癌术后患者的化疗毒副作用,提高生存质量,为下一步接受更多的化疗周期,延长生存期创造有利条件。
