血管性痴呆防治中的问题及早期预警机制的建立

目的:探索血管性痴呆防治中的问题及建立早期预警机制的可能性,以更好地指导临床治疗。方法:荟萃近20年的血管性痴呆防治经验和文献,并对笔者承担的国家中医药管理局"十一五重点专病——血管性痴呆的诊疗规范"进行总结,分析血管性痴呆防治中的问题和难点。结果:中医药防治血管性痴呆优势明显,特别是痴呆早期应用针灸治疗效果尤为显著,但仍需解决诊断标准和疗效评价标准的统一问题。结论:血管性痴呆的防治关键是早期诊断,早期治疗,寻找早期"预警信号",建立早期预警机制对血管性痴呆的防治有提纲挈领的作用,而中医针灸防治血管性痴呆是未来研究的一个亮点。

The Problems in Vascular Dementia Prevention and Treatment and the Establishment of Its Early Warning System

Objective：To investigate the problems in the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia and the possiblity of its early warning system establishment,in order to better guide clinical treatment.Methods：Through using computer to search the literature related to the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia in Chinese Journal Full-Text Database from 2000 to 2010.And to analyse the difficulty in the prevention and treatment of Vascular Dementia.Results：Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in vascular dementia prevention and treatment,especially in the early period,but the problem of unifing the diagnostic criteria and curative effect valuation standard remaining to be solved.Conclusion： The importance of early diagnosis,early treatment and seeking early warning signals are emphasized in vascular dementia prevention and treatment.The establishment of early warning system plays a very important role in vascular dementia prevention and treatment.And vascular dementia prevention and treatment by the Chinese acupuncture will be one of the highlights in the future research.
