sICAM-1和sIL-2R水平与恶性肿瘤病情的相关性

①目的　探讨恶性肿瘤病人血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1(sICAM 1)和可溶性白细胞介素 2受体(sIL 2R)水平变化与恶性肿瘤病情的相关性。②方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测了 6 6例恶性肿瘤病人和 36例健康人血清sICAM 1和sIL 2R水平的变化。③结果　恶性肿瘤病人sICAM 1和sIL 2R水平明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (t =2 0 .5 6 0 ,16 .72 7,P <0 .0 0 1) ;有转移者和死亡者sICAM 1和sIL 2R水平较无转移者和存活者明显增高 ,差异有极显著性 (t =17.72 5～ 2 5 .919,P <0 .0 0 1) ;手术治疗后sICAM 1和sIL 2R水平较手术前明显降低 ,差异有极显著性 (t=11.179,15 .6 2 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。恶性肿瘤病人血清sICAM 1与sIL 2R水平呈正相关 (r =0 .76 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。④结论　血清sICAM 1和sIL 2R水平变化与恶性肿瘤病人的病情变化、有无转移和治疗效果有密切关系。

CORRELATION BETWEEN MALIGANT TUMOR AND SERUM SOLUBLE INTERCELLULAR ADHESION MOLECULE-1 AND SOLUBLE INTERLEUKIN-2 RECEPTOR

Objective\ To explore the correlation between malignant tumor and changes of the level of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) as well as soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R). Methods\ The changes of serum sIL 2R, and sICAM 1 level were measured by ELISA in 66 patients with malignant tumor and 36 healthy subjects. \ Results\ The serum sIL 2R and sICAM 1 levels were significantly higher in patients with malignant tumor than those in the controls ( t=20.560, 16.727, P <0.001). The serum sIL 2R and sICAM 1 levels in patient with metastasis and the dead were higher than those without metastasis and the survivors ( t=17.725-25.919,P < 0.001 ). The serum sIL 2R, sICAM 1 levels in patients before operation were higher than that after operation ( t=11.179,15.626,P <0.001). The level of serum sICAM 1 was positively correlated to sIL 2R level ( r=0.766,P <0.001). \ Conclusion\ The changes of sICAM 1 and sIL 2R level are closely related to the severity of the illness, metastasis, and effect of treatment in patients with malignant tumor.
