未经治疗的原发性肝癌患者的免疫功能状态

对２８例未经任何治疗的中晚期原发性肝癌患者进行免疫功能的检测，并与正常比较，结果发现其ＩＬ－２系统中ＩＬ－２产生能力显著性降低，Ｔ淋巴细胞ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达非常显著性降低，而血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平非常显著性增加；外周血淋巴细胞绝对数及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群分析表明前者明显降低，ＣＤ４细胞，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值非常显著性降低，ＣＤ８细胞呈显著升高，相关性分析表明：ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与ＣＤ４细胞，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值呈

A SURVBY OFIMMUNOLOGICALCONDITIONS IN 28 UNTREATBD PATIENTS WITH HEPAnC CELL CARCINOMA

he immunological condition in 28 untreated patients with hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC)have been investigated in this paper.The results showed that IL-2 production, lymphocyte count, NK activ- ity, ANAE positive T lymphocyte and lymphocyte transformation in patients were apparently lower than those in normal controls (NC,P<0.05);membranous IL-2 receptor (mIL-2R),CD4 cell groups,CD4 /CD8 atio,LAK activity of patients were also signiflcantly lower than those of NC(P<0.0l),but CD8 cell groups,soluble IL-2 receptor (sIL-2R) of patients were higher than those of NC(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively).It should be noted that CD4 cell groups and CD4 /CD8 ratio of patients were negatively correlated to slL-2R(r=0.56,P<0.05;r=0.67,P<0.05 respectively),hile CD8 cell groups of patients were positively correlated to sIL-2R(r=0.62,P<0.05).It suggested that regulation of cell immune cytokine and their receptors in patients were irregular,and State of immune system was unnomal.
