摘    要:一氧化氮合酶是一类催化一氧化氮合成的酶,近年来研究发现一氧化氮在生殖过程中发挥着重要作用如受精、植入、排卵;同时发现一氧化氮合酶在子宫内膜异位症患者在位、异位子宫内膜及腹腔液中表达过高,产生过多的一氧化氮,导致不孕。对一氧化氮合酶的深入研究将为子宫内膜异位症性不孕的治疗提供新的靶点。

Abstract:Nitric oxide synthases are a series of enzymes which catalize synthesis of nitric oxide. In recent years, many researches showed that NO plays important role in reproductive processes such as fertilization, implantation and ovulation, and that NOSs are overexpressed in eutopic,ectopic endometria and peritoneal fluid of the patients with endometriosis, which can cause infertifity.Further and thorough research on NOS will provide a new target for diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis-associated infertility.
