溶脲脲原体在抗生素临界浓度下药物敏感性研究

摘    要:目的 :为了研究溶脲脲原体 (UU)在抗生素临界浓度下的药物敏感性情况。方法 :在 UU最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)的质控范围内 ,选择临床上常用抗生素的高度敏感临界值作为 UU培养基的最终浓度 ,通过代谢抑制法 ,观察 6株临床耐药菌株在这些抗生素临界浓度下生长的情况。结果 :在 4.0μg/ m L的四环素族浓度、0 .5μg/ m L的大环内酯类浓度、2 .0μg/ m L氧氟沙星浓度和 1 .0μg/ m L环丙沙星浓度下 ,这些菌株所显示的体外药物敏感性与临床实际回顾性分析的结果有较好的吻合性。结论 :确立 UU的抗生素高度敏感临界值将有助于简化临床上 UU药敏测试的操作程序

Abstract:Objective: To study the antibiotic susceptibility of ureaplasma urealyticum in the concentration of MIC breakpoints for highly sensitivity. Methods: According to the determining MIC range of antibiotics against ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), MICs breakpoint for highly susceptibility was chosen as the final antibiotic concentration in the broth of UU in order to observe the growth of six isolated UU resistant strains. After the incubation with antibiotics for 12 h, sensitivity was judged empirically depending on the pH indicator. Results: The antimicrobiol susceptibility of these screened strains in vitro was well consistent with the retrospective analysis clinically, which supported the hypothesis that ≤ 4.0 μg/mL for tetracycline group, ≤ 0.5 μg/mL for macrolides, ≤2.0 μg/mL for ciprofloxacin and ≤1.0 μg/mL for ofloxacin were considered highly sensitive to UU in vitro. Conclusion: The result will be applied to commercial kits which may simplify the procedure of testing the susceptibility of UU.
