正常人肝脏声触诊组织量化值参考范围的建立

摘    要:目的 探讨正常人肝脏声触诊组织量化值的参考范围.方法 应用Siemens Acuson S2000超声诊断仪检测300名健康人的肝脏声触诊组织量化值.前100名接受4个位置(肝右叶浅部、肝右叶深部、肝左叶浅部及肝左叶深部)的检测,计算每个部位的检测成功率及组内相关系数(ICC)以选择合适的采集部位并评估检测的重复性;后200名在最佳检测部位接受肝脏硬度的测量.肝脏声触诊组织量化值正常参考值按(x-)±1.96s计算.结果 肝内声触诊组织量化检测稳定性较好,肝右叶的检测成功率更高,以肝右叶深部为最佳检测部位.健康人群不同年龄分组之间肝脏声触诊组织量化值差异无统计学意义,不同性别之间肝脏声触诊组织量化值差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);男性参考值为0.79~1.57 m/s;女性参考值为0.74~1.40 m/s.结论 肝脏声触诊组织量化值的水平存在性别差异.

Abstract:Objective To establish the reference value of liver virtual touch tissues quantification (VTQ) values in healthy subjects. Methods Liver stiffness was measured with Siemens Acuson S2000 ultrasound system in totally 300 healthy subjects.
