摘    要:骨关节炎是一种以关节间隙狭窄、滑膜炎、软骨下骨硬化和囊肿形成为主要病理特征的退行性关节疾病,目前致病原因尚不明确。黄酮类化合物是一类被广泛存在于中药中的生物活性物质,具有以抗炎和抗氧化作用为代表的广泛药理活性。黄酮类化合物对骨关节炎具有一定的治疗作用,主要通过抑制炎症反应、抑制氧化应激、调节细胞外基质稳态、抑制细胞凋亡等途径实现抗骨关节炎的功效。综述黄酮类化合物抗骨关节炎机制的研究进展,以期为阐明黄酮类化合物抗骨关节炎机制及临床运用提供参考。

Abstract:Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease characterised by joint space narrowing, synovitis, subchondral osteosclerosis and cyst formation, the cause of which is still unclear. Flavonoids are a group of bioactive substances that are widely found in traditional Chinese medicine and have a wide range of pharmacological activities represented by their anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects. Current studies have shown that flavonoids have a therapeutic effect on osteoarthritis. The mechanisms of flavonoids have been partially defined, mainly through the inhibition of inflammatory response, inhibition of oxidative stress, regulation of extracellular matrix homeostasis and inhibition of apoptosis. The present study mainly reviews the progress of the anti-osteoarthritis mechanism of flavonoids and discusses the targets for the study of osteoarthritis, in order to provide a reference for the research and clinical application of the anti-osteoarthritis mechanism of flavonoids.
