基于多学科协作的脑血管内科重症监护室多重耐药菌感染预防控制管理方案的构建与应用

目的 构建基于多学科协作(MDT)的脑血管内科重症监护室多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染预防控制管理方案,评价应用效果。方法 将2022年入住某三级甲等医院脑血管内科重症监护室161例患者按时间段分为对照组79例、干预组82例。对照组进行常规感控管理,干预组采用基于MDT的MDRO感染预防控制管理方案。结果 干预组患者MORO感染发生率明显低于对照组,相关MDRO防控措施的依从率明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于MDT的MDRO感染预防控制管理方案可有效降低脑血管内科重症监护室MDRO发生率和提高MDRO医院感染防控措施的依从性。

The Construction of a Training Program for Contingency Nursing Care in Response to Public Health Emergencies

Objective To establish a multi-disciplinary collaboration (MDT)-based prevention and control program for multi-drug resistant bacteria (MDRO) infection in cerebrovascular intensive-care unit and evaluate its efficacys. Methods In 2022,161 patients admitted to a Grade III, Class A hospital cerebrovascular intensive-care unit were divided into control group (n = 79) and intervention group (N = 82) . The control group was given routine infection control management, and the intervention group was given MDRO infection prevention and Control Management based on MDT. Results The incidence of Moro infection in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the compliance rate of MDRO prevention and control measures in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusions MDT-based MDRO infection prevention and control management program can effectively reduce the incidence of MDRO in cerebrovascular intensive-care unit and improve the compliance of MDRO nosocomial infection prevention and control measures.
