新生儿游泳在产科建设中的应用与探讨

目的：为迎接新一轮爱婴医院复审工作做准备，提高本院产科建设的人文文化的氛围和把科学产后延伸服务落到实处。方法：随机抽取446例健康、顺产，产后Apgar评分均在8分以上的住院分娩的新生儿，体重无明显差异（P〈0．05），平均分为两组，游泳组（即观察组）与对照组，主要对新生儿游泳前后的体重、睡眠质量、日均摄奶量、胎便转黄时间等相关因素进行探讨与研究。结果：新生儿游泳能促进新生儿体重增加、睡眠质量提高、日均摄奶量增多、胎便转黄时间缩短。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：新生儿游泳对新生儿的身体发育有积极的促进作用。

Application and discussion about neonatal swimming in building of obstetrics

Objective： To meet the new review of the work of a baby friendly hospital initiative to improve the building of our hospital obstetric human culture, atmosphere and extension of services to implement the scientific post-partum. Methotis： Retrospective analysis in January 2006, had newborn swim hospital to carry out the measures in this post-natal care. Randomly selected 446 cases of healthy, natural delivery, postpartum Apgar scores were 8 points more than in the hospital delivery of newborns, no significant difference in body weight （P〉0.05）, were divided into two groups, swimming group（the observation group） and the control group, mainly in newborns before and after swimming, weight, sleep quality, and average daily intake milk, meconium turn yellow time to explore and research the relevant factor. Results： The neonatal swimming promoted weight gain in newborns, sleep quality improvement, average daily milk intake increased, meconium turn yellow time. Difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The neonatal physical development of swimming on the newborn has a positive role in promoting.
