| 摘 要： | 建立了示波檄谱法测定银杏叶片中槲皮素的含量。以25％盐酸水解银杏叶片样品，用1．5mol／L NH4OAc—NH4OH（pH8．0）为示波极谱底液，以K2CrO4为滴定剂，示波极谱图上CrO4^2-切口出现指示滴定终点。

| Abstract: | Oscillopolarographic titration method was established for the determination of quercetin in Ginkgo biloba L. tablets. The sample was hydrolyzed in 25% HCl. 1.5mol/L NH4OAc-NH4OH (pH 8.0) solution and K2CrO4 solution were used as base solution and titrant, respectively. The appearance of CrO42- incision could indicate the end point of reaction. |
