| 摘 要： | 目的总结临床应用异舒吉(二硝酸异山梨酯)静脉制剂和对照组应用硝酸甘油静滴治疗90例不稳定型心绞痛。方法A组用异舒吉40 mg加入生理盐水500 mL,1次/d静点;B组用硝酸甘油20 mg加入生理盐水500 mL,7~8滴/min,1次/d静点,两组连续观察1周。结果异舒吉治疗不稳定型心绞痛在减少心绞痛发作次数、心率、血压、静息心电图变化、不良反应发生率等方面,优于硝酸甘油。结论异舒吉临床疗效确切,副作用小,使用方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the curative effect of unstable angina treated with isosorbide dinitrate compared with nitroglycerin.Methods The group A was treated with ID 40 mg/d i.v and group B was treated with nitroglycerin 20 mg per day for a week.Results There was much better in episode time,HR,Bp,ECG and side effect in group A than those in group B.Conclusion The ID might have good curative effect with less side effect and easy use. |
