| 摘 要： | 对5例慢性迁延性肝炎的肝穿刺标本作了电镜观察,发现肝细胞之微绒毛减少、变短,狄氏间隙纤维组织增生,肝细胞内线粒体,粗面内质网及滑面内质网变性,因而影响了营养物质的摄取,加重了肝细胞的变性及导致慢性化。

| Abstract: | Five samples of punctured chronic persistent hepatitis were observed with transmission electron microscope. The microvilli of liver cell were reduced and shortened,the fiber tissue of Disse's spaces had hyperplasia. The mitochondria, rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum in the liver cell were degenerated. so the uptake of nutrients by the liver cell was impaired and the degeneration increased, finally resulting in chronic change. |
