| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法入选87例病人,随机分为治疗组45例,对照组42例。对照组给予5%葡萄糖250 ml加维脑路通1.0g静滴,疗程1个月;治疗组在以上治疗的基础上给予欧兰同针静滴,4g/次,1次/d,疗程1个月。治疗前后分别进行巴氏指数和神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组神经功能缺损程度积分及巴氏指数评分较对照组有明显改善。结论奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死后遗症有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Oxiracetam on patients with cerebral infarct sequela.Methods In a randomized trial,87 patients were divides into treatment group of 45 patients with cerebral infarct sequela and control group of 42 patients.Torxerutin was given(1000mg in solution 5% glucose 250m1 intravenous injection daily) in control group,plus above medication Oxiracetam was given(4000mg in solution 9% sodium chloridentravenous injection daily) in treatment group.Results Comparing with control group,the deficient integral of nervous function and scale of Barthel index in treatment group were used.Conclusion Oxiracetam has evident clinical effect on patients with cerebral infarct sequela. |
