| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨ｐ１５，Ｒｂ基因的肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）的表达情况、相互关系及其临床病理意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法（ＳＡＢＣ法）检测ｐ１５，Ｒｂ基因在３０例ＨＣＣ标本中的表达。结果 ｐ１５基因阳性表达率为６３％，Ｒｂ基因阳性表达率为４３％。ｐ１５，Ｒｂ基因阳性表达率在肿瘤分级间比较分别为Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〉０．０５。ｐ１５，Ｒｂ基因在ＨＣＣ中阳性表达率无差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 ｐ１５，Ｒｂ基因在ＨＣ |

| Abstract: | AIM To investigate p15 and Rb genes expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and their clinico pathological significance. METHODS Immunohistochemical method (SABC) was used to detect the p15 and Rb gene expression in 30 cases of HCC. RESULTS Positive rates of p15, Rb gene are 63%, 43% respectively. The comparisons of positive rates of p15 and Rb gene expression between tumor grades were P <0.05, P >0.05 respectively. There were no differences between positive rates of p15 and Rb genes in HCC ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION p15 and Rb genes play an important role in the development of HCC. There were no negative relationships between positive expressions of p15 and Rb genes in HCC. |
