452例动态心电图临床分析

目的：探讨老年人动态心电图（DCG）检查各种心律失常和心肌缺血的发生率。方法：对539例进行24hDCG的资料做回顾分析，按年龄分为老年组、中年组、青年组，分析每组各种心律失常、心肌缺血发生率，及其与年龄的关系。结果：老年组（231例）复杂性房性、室性心律失常的发生率（48．9％，16．0％）明显高于中、青年组（14．5％，9．1％，P均〈0．01），而心肌缺血老年组与中年组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：复杂性心律失常的发生率随着年龄增加而增加，心肌缺血中年组心肌缺血不低于老年组。因此中、老年人尤其是高血压患者应重视DCG检测。

Analyzes of dynamic electrocardiogram examined in 539 persons

Objective: To investigate the incidence of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia. Methods: Analysis of 539 cases measured by dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) were divided into three groups: The aged group, middle-aged groups and young group. Analyzed the incidence of various arrhythmias, myocardial ischemia in every group and the relation between arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia and age. Results: Atrial and ventricular complex arrhythmias (48. 9%, 16. 0%) in aged group (231 cases) were higher than those of middle group (14. 5%, 9. 1%, P<0. 01 all). But there was no significant difference in incidence of myocardial ischemia between aged group and middle-aged group. Conclusion: The incidence of complex arrhythmia increase with increasing age. Incidence of myocardial ischemia in middle-aged group is no less than that of aged group,hence DCG measure shall be intensify to middle-aged and aged persons, especially to the hypertension patients.
