二甲双胍对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血压及血脂的影响

目的观察二甲双胍联合依那普利及非洛地平对高血压合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者降压及调脂作用的影响。方法将160例高血压合并T2DM患者分为2组,治疗组100例采用二甲双胍、非洛地平和依那普利治疗,对照组60例采用非洛地平和依那普利治疗。每2周随访1次,直至疗程结束。结果12周后,治疗组的总有效率为97%,而对照组总有效率为83%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血压、TC、TG、LDL-C、BMI和体质量明显下降(P均<0.01),HDL-C明显增高(P<0.01);对照组有相反变化的趋势。结论二甲双胍对高血压合并T2DM患者具有良好的调脂作用和协助降压效果。二甲双胍和抗高血压药物联合应用可能是一组较好的药物配伍。

Effect of metformin on Blood Pressure and blood fat in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Objective It is to observe the influence of metformin combine with enalapril and felodipine on blood pressure and blood fat in Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods 160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(n=100) and control group(n=60).The treatment group was treated with metformin,enalapril and felodipine;and the control group was treated with enalapril and felodipine.Treatment period lasted for twelve weeks.All patients were followed up per two weeks.Results The total effective rate were 97% in the treatment group and 83% in the control group,there were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).The blood pressures,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,BMI and body weight in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.01);and high density lipoprotein was significantly increased(P<0.01).However,No or adverse changes were detected in the control group.Conclusion Metformin have a place in the accommodation metabolism of lipids and assisting treatment of hypertension in type 2 diabetic individuals.These suggest that the combination of metformin with enalapril and felodipine be a good medicine compounding.
