马鞍山市郊农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康基线调查分析

目的:掌握农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染流行现状和发病情况以及需求和求医行为。方法:对1 200例农村已婚育龄妇女进行生殖健康相关问卷调查、妇科及乳腺检查。结果:妇女生殖道感染患病率为65.72%,生殖道感染的就医率为54%;而生殖道感染的保健知识、态度和行为与生殖道感染的发生相关(P≤0.05,P≤0.01)。结论:农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染非常普遍,就医率低,相关的保健知识缺乏,进行生殖道感染干预工作极为迫切。

Baseline Investigation and Analysis of Reproductive Health among Married Reproductive Aged Women in Maanshan Suburb

Objective: To study the status of prevalence and incidence of reproductive tract infections,as well as the demand and behavior for treatment among married reproductive aged women in suburb.Methods: 1,200 married reproductive aged women in suburb were investigated by questionnaire,gynecologic and breast examination.Results: The prevalence of reproductive tract infection was 65.72%,while the rate of receiving medical treatment was 54%.And the reproductive tract infections were related with health care knowledge,attitudes and behavior(P≤0.05,P≤0.01).Conclusion: Reproductive tract infections are extremely prevalent among married reproductive aged women in suburb.And the intervention program is urgently needed for the low rate of receiving medical treatment and the lack of health care knowledge.
