心血管疾病介入治疗术后尿潴留的原因及护理

目的探讨心血管疾病介入治疗术后出现尿潴留的相关因素以及如何采取相关医疗护理对策，以减缓尿潴留的发生率，及时有效缓解患者痛苦，提供优质服务。方法观察2005年9月～2007年12月间入住我院心血管科接受介入治疗的160例患者的相关资料，找出其中术后出现尿潴留的患者，分析原因并采用随机分组分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用积极护理干预，对照组采用一般护理干预。结果引起尿潴留的因素主要有医源性因素、患者自身因素、患者精神心理因素等。开展积极的有针对性的护理干预可有效降低手术后尿潴留的发生率，提高尿潴留的治愈率，缩短尿潴留病程。结论尿潴留是心血管病介入诊疗术后常见并发症之一，护理人员应除了对其提出相应的护理措施外，还应在护理过程中有效预防，并根据并发症的原因给予相应的护理干预。
