多肿瘤标志物C12检测系统在消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨肿瘤标志物诊断芯片C12系统在消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断价值.方法 分析总结134例消化道恶性肿瘤(胃癌58例,结直肠癌42例,原发性肝癌34例)初治患者应用肿瘤标志物C12检测系统的检测结果,寻找出与胃癌、结直肠癌、原发性肝癌相关性最强的肿瘤标志物及肿瘤标志物最佳联合检测组合.结果 C12系统对本组胃癌、结直肠癌、原发性肝癌患者的总体诊断率为36.20%、42.86%、91.18%,胃癌、结直肠癌、原发性肝癌相关性最强的肿瘤标志物是CEA、CEA、AFP,阳性率分别为25.86%、40.48%、73.53%.胃癌和结直肠癌的最佳联合检测是CA19-9 CEA CA125,原发性肝癌的最佳联合检测是AFP Ferritin CA19-9 CA125.结论 C12检测系统对原发性肝癌具有较高的诊断价值,但对胃癌和结直肠癌的诊断价值有限,必须尽快开发出新的高效的蛋白芯片检测系统.

The Value of Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Cancer in the Digestive System

Objective To evaluate the value of tumor markers (TMs) biochip diagnostic system C12 in the diagnosis of cancer in the digestive system. Methods The data of 134 pathologically-confirmed digestive system cancer patients, including 58 gastric cancer (GC) patients, 42 colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and 34 primary hepatic cancer (PHC) patients were detected by 12 TMs. The most relevant TM and the combinations of TMs to the improvement of diagnosis were determined. Results The diagnostic rates of C12 biochip system in 58 GC patients, 42 CRC patients and 34 PHC patients were 36.20%,42.86%,91.18%, respectively. Among all the 12 TMs, CEA,CEA and AFP gave the top positive rates of 25.86%,40.48%,73.53% for GC,CRC and PHC, respectively. The best combination for GC and CRC was CA19-9 CEA CA125, and the best combination for PHC was AFP Ferritin CA19-9 CA125. Conclusion The C12 biochip diagnostic system has a relatively high value in the diagnosis of PHC, but the diagnostic value for GC and CRC is not ideal. Developing new more effective biochip diagnosis system is in urgent need
