盖诺+顺铂支气管动脉药物灌注和栓塞治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

目的评价盖诺加顺铂(NP方案)支气管动脉药物灌注和栓塞治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法对38例非小细胞肺癌患者,采用选择性插入肿瘤供血动脉-支气管动脉,局部灌注盖诺40~50mg、顺铂40~60mg,并用超液化碘油加顺铂乳剂4~8mL栓塞支气管动脉,间隔4周再次治疗,一般做2~4次。结果38例患者采用该方案(NP方案)共做92次,完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)21例,稳定(NC)7例,进展(PD)6例,总有效率为63%。结论盖诺联合顺铂支气管动脉灌注加栓塞治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是一个有效、适用的一线联合治疗方案,毒副反应轻,耐受性好,安全可靠,是中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者有效的治疗方法。

Effect of bronchial artery perfusion with vinorelbine and cisplatin combined embolotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of bronchial artery perfusion with vinorelbine and cisplatin (NP regimen) combined embolotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Thirty eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer were presented. The catheters were placed into the tumor feeding artery and bronchial artery selectively. Vinorelbine (40-50mg) and cisplatin (40-60mg) was perfused locally , and ultra-fluid lipiodol mixed with milky cisplatin (4-8ml) was used to embolize bronchial artery. The treatment was repeated every 4 weeks for two to four times in general.Results Thirty eight cases adopted NP regimen for 92 times totally, 4 of complete remission( CR), 21 of partial remission ( PR),7 of stability( NC) and 6 cases made progress( PD).The total effective rate was 63%.Conclusion Bronchial artery perfusion with vinorelbine and cisplatin combined embolotherapy,which is an effective treatment for the intermediate and advanced non-cell lung cancer, is a feasible and effective therapeutic regimen with the advantage of safety and well tolerance .
