| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药溃结灵煎剂对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)结肠组织HNP1-3、NO和MDA的影响,探讨其治疗机制。方法活动期UC(大肠湿热证)患者随机分为中西药结合组(予溃结灵、SASP)与柳氮磺胺吡啶组(予SASP),检测治疗前后肠黏膜组织内HNP1-3蛋白表达情况及结肠组织NO、MDA水平。结果随着病变程度的增加,HNP1-3、NO和MDA的表达逐渐增强,三者呈明显正相关;两组治疗后HNP1-3、NO和MDA表达较治疗前明显减少,治疗组的减少程度高于对照组。结论溃结灵配合SASP治疗能使NO和MDA对组织的细胞毒性降低,从而达到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用。 |
