乳腺癌根治性保乳治疗的临床研究

目的探讨早期乳腺癌实行保乳治疗措施的临床效果，为乳腺癌保乳性根治方法提供更全面的基础资料。方法15例乳腺癌采用单或双切口完成保乳，并作腋窝淋巴结清扫。术后均接受放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗。结果切除肿瘤及其周围2cm范围，切缘病理检查均阴性。腋窝淋巴结清扫平均每例15个。术后平均随访18月，于乳腺和腋窝均无复发迹象，病乳外形美容效果好。结论根治性保乳术疗效确切，但须严格掌握手术适应症，强调术后多学科协作。

Clinical study on the breast conservative treatment of breast cancer

Objectlve To evaluate the clinical effect of breast conservative surgery for early stage breast cancer. Methods 15 patients were operated by single or double incision with armpit lymph node clearing to fulfill the breast conservation. They all received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine treatment after operation. Results Mid - operative pathology examinations were all negative. 15 armpit lymph nodes in every case were cleared. Postoperative average visit lasted for 18 months. Mammary gland and armpit lymph had no symptom of recurrence. The breast had a good cosmetology effect in shape after the breast conservative surgery. Conclusion Radical breast conservative surgery has a definite effect. It is still necessary to strictly master the surgery indication and to emphasize the cooperation of postoperative multi- subjects.
