中医综合护理干预对青春型精神分裂症的影响

目的探讨青春型精神分裂症的中医护理方法。方法将350例青春型精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各175例。对照组按常规护理;观察组在此基础上采用中医护理干预,包括人员培训、心理护理、工娱疗法干预、中医针灸护理、中药护理和家庭护理等。结果两组患者脑电图异常率、BPRS得分率、治疗依从性和复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组干预前后BPRS及SANS因子评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论中医综合护理干预可以提高青春型精神分裂症患者的治疗依从性,降低复发率。

Traditional Chinese medicine oriented nursing interventions for patients with hebephrenic schizophrenic

Objective To investigate nursing care based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for patients with hebephrenic schizophrenia. Methods A total of 350 patients with hebephrenic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,with 175 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while their counterparts in the observation group were additionally given TCM-oriented nursing care including training of personnel,psychological care,work-and-recreation therapy,care for acupuncture,care for herbal medication,and home-based care. Results Significant differences were found in the rate of abnormal EEG,the scoring rate of BPRS,therapeutic compliance,and recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.01 for all).The BPRS score and the SANS score of the observation group had significant differences before and after the intervention(P<0.01 for both). Conclusion TCM-oriented nursing interventions improve therapeutic compliance of patients with hebephrenic schizophrenia,and reduce recurrence rate.
