理实一体化在高职护理专业《健康评估》教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨理实一体化在《健康评估》教学中的应用效果。方法按方便抽样的方法抽取2010级高职护理大专两个班学生,将17班设为改革班(52人),11班设为对照班(51人)。对照班在《健康评估》教学中采用传统教学方法进行教学;改革班采用理实一体化进行教学,即在设计课程和工作情境的基础上,整合教学内容,规范教学活动和方法,选择合适的教学师资力量和教学设施。结果两班操作技能考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);师生理实一体化教学评价很高。结论理实一体化教学能较好地调动学生的学习积极性,提高高职学生的动手能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effects of the course of Health Assessment by integrating theory with practice. Methods By using convenient sampling method,two classes of students enrolled in the year of 2010 were selected from a vocational nursing school.Class 17 of 52 students were treated as the reform class and subjected to teaching method which integrated theory with practice: course and work situations were designed;teaching contents were integrated;teaching activities and methods were standar-dized;appropriate teachers were selected;and teaching equipments were prepared.The control class(class 11 of 51 students) received traditional teaching of the course of Health Assessment. Results The test achievement of operational skills showed significant difference between the two classes(P<0.01);students in the reform class appraised highly the new teaching method. Conclusion The teaching integrating theory with practice can well arouse students′ learning enthusiasm,improve operational ability of vocational nursing students.
