护患沟通技能培训在优质护理实施中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨护患沟通技能培训对患者满意度和护理人员素质的影响。方法制定护患沟通技能培训方案、内容与方法并实施于59名护理人员,同时不断反馈信息加以改进。结果护患沟通技能培训前后患者满意度与护士素质比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论护患沟通技能培训在优质护理实施中是不可缺少的重要内容,是提高患者优秀满意度及护理人员素质的重要举措。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of nurse-patient communication skills training on patient satisfaction and professional quality of nursing staff. Methods We developed the scheme,contents,and methods of a nurse-patient communication skills training program,and collected feedbacks for improving the training. Results Patient satisfaction and nurses′ professional quality were statistically improved after the training(P<0.01 for both). Conclusion Nurse-patient communication skill training is of significant importance in the high-quality care program,and it improves patient satisfaction and quality of nursing staff.
