七氟醚对妊高症产妇血液流变学的影响

目的研究七氟醚对妊高症产妇血液流变学的影响。方法选择ASA分级I～Ⅱ级20例因胎儿宫内窘迫,拟行急诊剖宫产的妊高症孕产妇20例,随机分为两组,N1组手术过程中吸入七氟醚,N2组手术过程中则不采用七氟醚麻醉,两组患者入室和麻醉复苏清醒拔管时分别抽静脉血4ml测定血液流变学指标。结果七氟醚麻醉后妊高症患者的红细胞比容明显下降(P<0.01),从而血浆粘度有所降低(P<0.05),并且全血粘度的低切值也降低(P<0.05)。结论妊高症产妇全麻过程中吸入七氟醚有助于改善全身血液的高凝状态。

The effect of sevoflurane to hemorheology of women with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To invest the effect of sevoflurane to hemorheology of women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 20 cases of women with pregnancy induced hypertension,graded to ASA I-Ⅱlevel,were randomly divided into two groups.The women in N1 group were inspired sevoflurane during the operation,the other one group women weren’t inspired.We drawed 4ml blood from two groups women to monitor the hemorheology index when they entered the operation room and when they wered extubated individually.Results The hematocrit of women inspired sevoflurane was decreased obviously(P<0.01),and the plasma viscosity was decreased(P<0.05),the low viscosity of the whole blood was decreased(P<0.05) Conclusion Inspiring sevoflurane in general anaesthesia for women with pregnancy induced hypertension may help to lower hypercoagulable states of the blood.
