环节控制应用于手供一体器械的管理

摘    要:目的观察环节控制应用于手供一体器械管理的效果。方法手术室供应室一体化的器械管理环节控制前选择2010年1~6月为对照组,环节控制后2010年7~12月为观察组,对手供一体化器械管理中出现的问题:器械损坏率、遗失率及工人早收晚送率进行回顾性对比分析。结果观察组器械损坏率、遗失率及工人早收晚送率较对照组三项指标均明显降低(P﹤0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论环节控制法管理手供一体器械使各个环节的问题得到解决,器械损坏率、遗失率及早收晚送率明显降低,工作效率得到提高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the process control to surgical instruments management in integration of operation and supply rooms.Methods From January 2010 to December 2010,take the step control of the surgical instruments management in integration of operation and supply rooms to contrast group(January to June) and observation group(July to December).The rate of lost and damage of the surgical instruments,the rate of workers early recovery and late to sent the surgical instruments were compared between the two groups in reviewing of comparative analysis.Results The observation group’s results obviously reduced than the contrast group about the rate of lost and damage of the surgical instruments,and the rate of workers early recovery and late to sent the surgical instruments.The comparisons between the groups showed statistical significances.Conclusion The questions were solved by the management of process control,Through the process of control,the error rates of equipment have significantly reduced,and work efficiency be improved.
