| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿奇霉素局部封闭治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效。方法 2011年1～12月采用阿奇霉素前列腺局部封闭治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎19例,同时给予阿奇霉素1.0g晨间顿服,1次/d,连续7d,观察疗效。结果治愈16例,有效3例,治愈率为84.2%,总有效率为100.0%。结论阿奇霉素局部封闭治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎效果显著,疗效较好,方法简单,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of azithromycin local blocking in the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis in the male. Methods 19 cases were treated by azithromycin local blocking,and took azithromycin 1.0 g orally in the morning once a day for seven days. Results 16 cases were cured (84.2%), 3 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion Azithromycin local blocking has a remarkable effect and simple way in the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis in the male, worthy of clinical expansion. |
