慢性阻塞性肺疾病社区护理效果观察

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理方法。方法选择2010年1月~2011年12月笔者所在社区治疗的20例确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者,给予系统全面的护理。结果 20例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者均病情好转出院,得到了良好的治疗依从性,医患之间建立了良好和谐的关系,信任度以及满意度得以提高。结论对于慢性阻塞性肺病疾病患者实施系统精心的护理,取得了满意的临床效果,患者的舒适度、满意度、信任度及依从性均有所提高,体现了护理价值,值得临床推广。

Effect observation of community nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To probe the nursing method of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 20 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease choosed in our community from January 2010 to December 2011 were given systematic and comprehensive nursing. Results 20 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were received satisfactory effect and good treatment compliance.There were good harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and the trust and satisfaction could be improved. Conclusion Systems and careful care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients can achieve satisfactory clinical effect,improve patients’ comfort and satisfaction,trust and compliance,reflect the value of nursing,and is worthy of widely use.
