复发性流产患者生存质量及其影响因素的探讨

摘    要:目的 评价复发性流产患者的生存质量(quality of life,QOL),探讨其主要影响因素,以期改善患者生存质量、提高成功妊娠的概率.方法 对2011年1~8月在四川大学华西第二医院和成都锦江妇幼保健院就诊的207例复发性流产患者进行问卷调查,采用36条目简明量表(SF-36)对调查对象进行生存质量评价,分析主要的影响因素.结果 复发性流产患者生存质量评分较四川省常模低,城市患者健康总体自评(GH)和心理健康总评(MCS)有统计学意义(P<0.05).农村患者8个维度均有统计学意义(P<0.05).城市及高学历患者的生存质量评分好于农村及低学历患者,GH和MCS有统计学意叉(P<0.05).结论 复发性流产患者的生存质量明显下降,城市及高学历患者的生存质量优于农村及低学历患者.临床上对复发性流产进行治疗时,还应根据居住条件、文化层次等影响因素给予相应心理辅导,以提高患者的生存质量,增加良好妊娠结局的概率.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate QOL in patients with recurrent abortion and identify the correlated factors.Methods The survey was carried out using questionnaires in the 207 conformed patients,who were recruited from Sichuan University West Second Hospital and Jinjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to August in 2011.And evaluate QOL use SF-36.Results The patients with recurrent abortion had significantly lower scores of QOL than the norm of Sichuan province.The living conditions and educational levels were the main factor that affected QOL in patients with recurrent abortion.Conclusion QOL of recurrent abortion patients deceased significantly.The living conditions and educational levels were related with QOL of recurrent abortion patients.Besides treating with the disease,doctors should manage some interventions to reduce the stress to improve the QOL.
