后路椎弓根内固定系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的疗效及分析

目的探讨对于胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者行后路椎弓根内固定系统治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009年1月～2012年1月所收治的90例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者的临床资料,采用后路椎弓根内固定系统进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访6～18个月,椎管狭窄程度减轻,神经功能有所恢复,Cobb角得到纠正,IVW(伤椎楔变指数)有所提高,植骨融合良好,无内固定松动及断裂。结论后落椎弓根内固定系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折疗效确切,是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法之一。

Clinical efficacy and analysis of transpedicular fixation system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transpedicular fixation system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures. Methods 90 cases with thoracolumbar burst fractures in Yuebei people’s Hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were selected and analyzed retrospectively,the patients were all treated by transpedicular fixation system,observed the clinical efficacy. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months. Their spinal canal stenosis had been reduced, nerve function had been recovered,Cobb angle had been corrected,and IVW had been improved. Interbody fusion without internal fixation loosening and fracture. Conclusion It has curative effect that transpedicular fixation system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures,it’s one of the effective ways to treat thoracolumbar burst fractures.
