| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径对肝脏手术护理的疗效。方法 2009年10月～2011年10月共纳入180例患者,随机分别分为临床路径护理组和常规护理组。观察比较两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、术后卧床时间、并发症发生率以及患者满意度等等。采用SPSS 12.0软件,对计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用chi-square检验。结果临床护理路径组的住院天数,住院费用,卧床时间和并发症均显著性优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,临床护理路径组的患者满意度也显著优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径明显降低肝癌手术患者的住院时间、住院费用,提高患者满意度,最终提高生命质量,延长寿命。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nursing on the liver cancersurgery.Methods From Oct.2009 to Oct.2011,180 patients were randomly selected and divided to experimental group and normal nursing group.We observed the effect after surgery.SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the data.T test and Chi-square test was also used to analyze.Results The days of inpatients and cost of inhospitable in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfactory in in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinic nursing pathway could improve the life quality and prolong life. |
