桃红四物汤在促进老年骨折愈合中的效果研究

目的探讨桃红四物汤在促进老年骨折愈合中的效果。方法选取2010年3月～2011年11月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的84例老年骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(加用桃红四物汤组)每组各42例,后将两组患者的骨折临床愈合时间、治疗总有效率、并发症发生率及治疗前后的血液流变学指标进行比较。结果观察组的临床愈合时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗后血浆和全血黏度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤可显著改善老年骨折患者的血液循环状态,从而起到促进骨折愈合中的作用。

Study on the effect ofTaohong Siwu decoction in promoting the healing of senile fracture

Objective To study the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction in promoting the healing of senile fracture. Methods 84 patients with senile fracture in the author’s hospital from March 2010 to November 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment group) and observation group(Taohong Siwu decoction group)with 42 cases in each group.The fracture healing time,total effective rate,incidence of complications and hemorheology before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The fracture healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,total effective rate was higher than that of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,viscosity of plasma and whole blood after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,there were all significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction can significantly improve the blood circulation of senile fracture,so it plays an active role in promoting the healing of senile fracture.
